• the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listings; 

• that opportunities displayed are legitimate, safe, or currently active; 

• the identity or qualifications of volunteers or organizers. 

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 

3. No Professional Advice 

Information provided through the App—whether written descriptions, task requirements, safety suggestions, or communications—does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. 
Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment and verifying any information before acting on it. 

4. User Responsibility 

Users acknowledge and agree that: 

• they participate in volunteer activities voluntarily and at their own risk; 

• they are responsible for assessing the safety, suitability, and legitimacy of any opportunity;

• the App does not screen, vet, or endorse users, organizers, or events unless explicitly stated.

5. Geo-Tracking & Location Services 

The App uses location data to display nearby opportunities and verify volunteer participation.

• unavailable, 

• or inaccurate due to network conditions or device settings. 

Users are responsible for ensuring their device and location settings are configured appropriately. 

6. Heart Tokens 

Heart Tokens are non-monetary, virtual recognition tokens. 
They do not represent: 

• currency, 

• financial value, 

• property rights, 

• or any form of guaranteed reward. 

We are not responsible for any misunderstanding, loss, or dispute related to Heart Token earnings, redemptions, or usage.

• or actions of third-party providers. 

Users engage with third parties at their own discretion and risk.

• loss of data, Heart Tokens, or account access, 

• technical issues, including app downtime or errors.

• error-free operation, 

• or that the App will be free from bugs, viruses, or harmful components. 

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.
