Organizers are solely responsible for the safety, legality, and requirements of the opportunities they post.

5. Geo-Tracking & Location Services

The App uses location data to:

Show nearby opportunities,
Facilitate matching,
Verify volunteer participation.

By enabling location services, you consent to the App collecting and processing your location data.
You can disable location access through device settings, but certain features may not work.

6. Heart Tokens

Heart Tokens are virtual, non-monetary recognition tokens earned through volunteer activities.

Heart Tokens:

Hold no cash value,
Are not transferable or refundable,
Do not represent ownership or financial rights,
May be modified or discontinued at any time.

We are not liable for loss, adjustment, or miscalculation of Heart Tokens.

7. Content You Provide

By submitting content (e.g., profiles, opportunity postings, photos, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Use, store, display, and reproduce that content for app functionality.

You represent that:

You own or have permission to share the content,
Your content does not violate any rights or laws.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Messaging and Notifications

The App may send:

Push notifications,
Emails,
SMS messages (if enabled),
In-app messages.

These may include updates, confirmations, alerts, or promotional content.
You may opt out of certain notifications in your settings.
